Quinn Creek Campground policies

Check In / Check Out

Check-in 3 pm and check-out 10 am (lodging) 11am for camping

Gate closes at night - To ensure a peaceful experience for all our guests, access to the campground and cabins will be closed from 10 pm til 7 am M.S.T, (May til October). 

Visitors are permitted until 10pm.

Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

Generator use is only permitted between the hours of 9am – 11am, and from 6pm – 8pm.

Site Changes - You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. 

Fires must be in fire pits or designated fire rings. Do not move fire pits. Do not have a fire during a fire ban. Dispose of your garbage in the garbage shed, not the fire pit.

Parking - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.

Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets are not to be left unattended in our park. Do not tie your pet to a tree or in your trailer and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pets as many factors including weather, power outages. You may be asked to leave without refund.

The park speed limit is 10 km/h. Keep children and pets safe. You are on vacation, don’t rush!

ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park.  ONLY to get to and from your site.

Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. 

In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. Bring your pets with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.

Laundry room - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Avoid use during quiet hours. Contact the office, if you need change.

Restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. 

Garbage Disposal and Recycling is located in the shed by the shower house (ladies side) We would ask you to leave your site as you found it and deposit all garbage in provided containers. Do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Cancellation policy

For the RV site: 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.

For the Cabin rental:

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a 50% of the first night stay as cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
